How much does shipping cost?
All orders over €129 shipping is worldwide completely free! For orders under €129, shipping rates are as follows: Germany €5.99 · EU €16.99 · Outside EU €19.99
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive the product. Please note that the product must be unused, with tags attached, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
How do I find my correct size?
We provide detailed size charts for all our products. You can find the size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself according to our chart for the most accurate fit. Our customer service team is also happy to help with sizing questions.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Germany typically takes 1-2 business days. European and International deliveries usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

How should I wash my Berriumi set?
To keep your Berriumi set looking and feeling its best, we recommend hand washing it separately in cold water using a mild detergent. For extra protection, place it inside a garment washing bag and let it air dry. Our handmade in-house charms are made to stay attached during washing, so there's no need to remove them.
