Refund policy

Return Policy:

1. Returns and Exchange Period:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive the product. Please note that the product must be unused, with tags attached, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

2. Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team. We will then provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs apply to every return request and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
Please use only reliable shipping provider like DHL with tracking information.

Right of Withdrawal:

1. Withdrawal Period:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

2. Withdrawal Process:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing by email or post about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not required.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal:
If the withdrawal is valid, both parties must return any received goods or payments. You are required to return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about the cancellation of the contract.

4. Right to Object:

If we process your personal data based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing in the future.

If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time as described above. If the processing is for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons related to your particular situation.

After you exercise your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for legal claims.

This does not apply to processing for direct marketing purposes. In that case, we will stop processing your personal data for direct marketing immediately.
