1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries made through our online shop.
2. Contract Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Visionrow.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.
4, Prices and Shipping Costs
All listed prices include the applicable VAT required by law. Additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made within the specified delivery period to the delivery address you provided.
6. Payment
Payment can be made using the available payment methods listed in our shop. Depending on the selected payment method, payment processing may be handled through a payment service provider.
7. Retention of Ownership
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a legal right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
10. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of an essential contractual obligation or for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
11. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
12. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Visionrow.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are possible only. The same applies to pre-order drops, as these items are specially produced for each individual order.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can also view the contract text in your customer account login.
4. Delivery Conditions
Additional shipping costs may apply besides the stated product prices. Further details about shipping costs can be found in the product offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
We do not cover return shipping costs for customers.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
By submitting your order, you provide your credit card details. After verification as the lawful cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal / PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of PayPal.
To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. After placing the order, the payment transaction will be initiated automatically.
Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of Klarna.
To use Sofort, you need an online banking-enabled bank account and must confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be processed immediately.
Apple Pay
To pay with Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, have Apple Pay activated, and confirm the payment.
Google Pay
To pay with Google Pay, you must be registered with Google Pay and confirm the payment.
Purchase on Invoice via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoice purchase as a payment option.
Klarna invoice payments are only available for consumers. Payment must be made directly to Klarna. You will receive the goods first and generally have 14 days to pay the invoice.
6. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the issue immediately to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make a complaint does not affect your legal rights, especially your warranty rights, but it helps us assert claims against the transport company or insurance provider.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless otherwise agreed, statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods:
- Warranty claims are excluded if defects appear after one year from delivery.
- Defects occurring within one year may still be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years after delivery.
These limitations do not apply in cases involving:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
- Fraudulent intent
- Breach of essential contractual obligations
- Product liability law
- Agreed guarantees
Additional guarantees and their conditions can be found in the product descriptions or special information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or gross negligence
- Guaranteed obligations
- Product liability law
For breaches of essential contractual obligations caused by slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Any further claims for damages are excluded.
